It’s why we work with global agencies like McCann World Group (IPG), The Home Agency, The Specialist Works, Clarion PR (WPP), and more to deliver campaigns for household brand names and PLCs including Aldi, Rolls-Royce, AutoTrader, I Saw It First, Park Christmas Savings, Mecca Bingo, Beaverbrooks The Jewellers, Saint Agur, and Gucci. As a team, we have driven an incredibly successful period of growth through 2020 resulting in a solid base of recurring business and a strong pipeline of new business opportunities meaning we’re ready to expand our Influencer Campaign Team again.

The role

We’re a fast-growing tech start-up with ambitious growth plans so whilst you will begin by supporting the campaign managers, we expect you to be able to quickly take responsibility for campaigns. However, as you begin in the role, you will be expected to support with:

  • Influencer selection, approvals and onboarding

  • Influencer briefing, content review and approvals

  • Campaign data analysis and reporting

  • Daily updates and communication with the Influencer Campaign Managers

  • Influencer and social media Industry research and knowledge sharing 

The candidate

The ideal joiner will have organisational skills that impress even on the most demanding of campaigns - always on top of deadlines, prioritising workloads and then reprioritising regularly will be the norm. In return, we provide the tech tools (project management, task management, campaign management systems etc.) to allow you to easily keep everyone up to date on workloads and priorities in a remote working environment.

A passion for influencer marketing and social media marketing is also essential as you immerse yourself in the workings of our industry. Experience of client communications and/or experience of working in an influencer agency would also be desirable but are not essential.

A keen interest in cutting-edge technology and the role it plays in driving business outcomes would also be desirable.
