It’s why we work with global agencies like McCann World Group (IPG), The Home Agency, The Specialist Works, Clarion PR (WPP), and more to deliver campaigns for household brand names and PLCs including Aldi, Rolls-Royce, AutoTrader, I Saw It First, Park Christmas Savings, Mecca Bingo, Beaverbrooks The Jewellers, Saint Agur, and Gucci. To name a few.

As a team, we have driven an incredibly successful period of growth through 2020 resulting in a solid base of recurring business and a strong pipeline of new business opportunities which the Commercial Director is moving through to successful close. 

Building upon that success, we have a growth target of 5x revenue for the ‘21 calendar year and as a result are hiring for a new business support role to drive a significant uplift in the new business pipeline, directly reporting to the Commercial Director.

The role

We’re a fast-growing tech start-up with ambitious growth plans so whilst you will begin by shadowing the commercial director, a development plan is in place that will see you fast-track into a much more autonomous role, generating and winning new business with little oversight.

Our target market is B2C Advertising and Marketing agencies who either want to be able to offer influencer marketing to their clients or need support in scaling their clients’ influencer marketing programs. 

Your initial responsibilities will be researching and identifying prospects from our target market, reaching out to those prospects, booking meetings with them, and preparing meeting packs for our Commercial Director.

The candidate

The role will suit a self-starter with a confident yet approachable demeanor who is used to identifying and approaching cold leads on phone calls, email, messaging, video calls, and even face-to-face when the opportunity to do this returns. You will be representing our business as the first touchpoint for prospects so it’s important that you set the tone right from the start, adhering to our core values.

Absolutely essential is a demonstrable experience of generating new business leads from a defined target market and hitting/exceeding targets.

An understanding of ‘Agency Land’ and Influencer Marketing would be a distinct advantage so you can quickly and confidently engage with the industry to position us as the technology partner of choice for large scale Agency Influencer Marketing Programs.

A keen interest in cutting edge technology and the role it plays in driving business outcomes would also be desirable.

The package

We expect a lot of our team at Influence Network and to reflect this, we offer competitive salary packages to help to motivate our team. In this role, your salary will be supplemented by a lucrative, uncapped commission scheme to motivate the right individual. Whilst we have a good idea of what this will look like, the key factor is in finding the right person who will work with us to achieve our growth targets in 2021 so there is flexibility in the salary package to suit the right candidate.
