As a team, we have driven an incredibly successful period of growth again through 2022, resulting in a solid base of recurring business and a strong pipeline of new business opportunities meaning we’re ready to expand our Influencer Campaign Team again. We’re therefore looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive ready to support the Campaign Managers on end-to-end influencer campaigns.

The role

We’re a fast-growing tech start-up with ambitious growth plans so whilst you will begin by supporting the campaign managers, we expect that you will be able to quickly take on responsibility for campaigns and progress into the Influencer Campaign Manager role. However, as you begin in the role, you will be expected to support with:

  • Influencer selection, approvals and onboarding

  • Influencer briefing, content review and approvals

  • Campaign data analysis and reporting

  • Daily updates and communication with the Influencer Campaign Managers

  • Influencer and social media Industry research and knowledge sharing 

The candidate

The role will be fast-paced with constantly shifting requirements so it requires someone who is organised and always thinking about the next steps, well before the clients or influencers do, someone who always knows when the deadline is and what’s required but isn’t afraid to challenge to get the best outcome.

Therefore the ideal joiner will have organisational skills that impress even on the most demanding of campaigns - always on top of deadlines, prioritising workloads and then reprioritising regularly will be the norm. In return, we provide the tech tools (project management, task management, campaign management systems etc.) to allow you to easily keep everyone up to date on workloads and priorities in a remote working environment. 

We will move very rapidly, both in terms of hiring but also in onboarding you to the business so an ability to quickly build strong relationships, internally and externally is essential.

A passion for influencer marketing and social media marketing is also essential as you immerse yourself in the workings of our industry. 

A highly desirable attribute would be experience of ROI driven, influencer performance campaigns although this is not essential.
